Jessica is a Business Consultant and Coach with a focus to help women who are building their leadership skills as business owners, looking for a career change and wanting to excel in life by pursuing their purpose. She helps them identify their strengths and weaknesses, create action steps to accomplish their goals and how they can add value to everything they do. Jessica also helps new start-up businesses get off the ground and offers invaluable resources to entrepreneurs and small business owners, by using tools like ClickUp, EOS, 12 Week Year.

Jessica is passionate about public service and has taken on leadership roles on several business levels to ensure she brings awareness and resources to her community. She has served on the boards of the Elmont Chamber of Commerce, the Elmont Cardinals Sports Club, the Girl Scouts of Nassau County, the Hispanic Brotherhood of Rockville Centre and the Rotary Club of Franklin Square & Elmont. She's a member of the local chamber of commerce and holds a seat on the advisory board for Elle Collective which creates a safe space for women business owners to come for support, resources, networking, and learning opportunities specifically designed to help women entrepreneurs succeed.

Jessica earned her B.S. in Business Management from SUNY Empire State College. She's a Certified Executive Coach through iPEC, an ICF-Accredited Coach Training Program, where she earned her Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Core Leadership & Core Performance Dynamics Specialist Certifications.

In December of 2019, Jessica transitioned from her corporate career to entrepreneurship, fueled by a passion for leadership and mentorship extending beyond the corporate realm. She founded Jessica Rosario Consulting LLC to assist fellow entrepreneurs in exploring ideas and pursuing their passions to fulfill their purpose. Jessica also launched a planner line addressing the common challenge of time management for entrepreneurs.

Together with her husband, Jessica owns a thriving MWBE Certified service-based business serving the Central Florida community. She has adeptly cultivated relationships with the local community and fellow small business owners. Now with newfound freedom, she focuses on family life alongside her husband, Alex, their children and grandson.

Jessica also actively volunteers for community organizations like Christian Help, The Sharing Center, Elle Collective and others.
